I had the same thing happen on my Dell Inspiron 1520 had to reinstall all of Vista and Drivers fixed it. . . Must have been software issue. It could be a hardware issue seeing as how its a Stop 0x0a error as Mr.Hamlet said.
I would definately try increasing ram. I did with a Dell Dimension 8400 which had a blue screen message showing everytime I booted up. Increasing the ram solved the problem straight away. But make certain you use a good brand!
Stop 0x0a is typically caused by faulty or imcopatible hardware. I would check to make sure your memory is seated properly or swap the dimms in the slots around. If you installed more memory, make sure it is good and the correct type for that system.
That is probably a memory issue.
