Im looking for people that have Noble Map Pack and acouple of controllers so we can boost thoose achievements, i know im bad enough that cant get Cross Mappin for real. GT: Maximalkor
finally got this achievement last week, it was big team slayer on hemmorage, one of the players was helping me out, he brought down an enemy player's shield, then I shot him in the head, and I finally got it. My advice, get a friend to help you with this, tell him to bring down the shields, then tell him to stop so you can take the shot since the enemy is distracted by your teammate
@TehMastrChief Thats actually not true; I only have the Defiant Map pack and ive gotten Offensive Driver and Both Barrels, which, are both Noble 1 achivements.
so what i did was play big team slayer on hemmorage than i got a jetpack and camped on top of the mountain by the cave (u need to kno how to get up there) than i shot someone who was way over by the beach. got it this is definitely a hard one tho
I got this on Boardwalk while playing swat. On the little bridge to go to the spot with the sniper, i got a headshot on somebody at the very opposite end.
@b00mer2012 I don't think you NEED to be on a noble map to get the achievements. I got Both Barrels on The Cage (Forge World), so cross-mappin could definitely be done on spire, hemorrhage, etc
The best part about this was I did that in slayer and didn't get the achievement and my friend got it in invasion so I tried and I still didn't get it fuck bungie
Same dilemma as yourmom654321. Tips please? I've shot someone nearly ALL the way across hemorhage, and plenty of people from the top of spire to the far bottom. No luck. TECHNICALLY, i don't have the maps. My friend recovered his account on my x box and re-downloaded the maps so that i temporarily had em wile he was signed on. it unlocked the achievements for me and ive been getting them without the maps, so this achievement should be no different.
Yeah, I tried to get it on the spire originally. I particularly like this method of getting it, after telling 3 people in the game that I got it they tried it as well and got it from the exact same location. It is most definitely worth giving this method a try.
@sdskudo I originally attempted to do it on invasion slayer, and I killed people at ridiculous distances. Thus, to the best of my knowledge it is either impossible or not viable.
Don't forget you have to do it in a Slayer type game, such as Big Team Slayer. Also when you are at the pipe you can hug the back wall to shoot players in the tunnel if you are still having problems getting the achievement. Also grabbing the sniper or beam rifle can help to take shields before the headshot. Happy Holidays!
