  • Oh jesus fucking god. At first I thought you were just dumb, and not clearly a engine builder when you commented on a crankshaft blacing video "why to balance a crank when you don't feel it on road when driving".

But this shit just explains it. :D:D:D:D:D:

    You:

    a) ruined those headlights by CUTTING the fresnel portion of the housing, so you no longer have proper distribution pattern and only glare.

    b) Made a whacky lens without any sealant so moisture will enter inside.

    c) Car fails MOT now.

  • makexxx,

    '

    hi make,,,

dont use a word - YOU - on me,,,

dont use bad foul word on me,,,

dont insult me for no reason,,,

    no problem,,,

my car is doing fine with 2 headlights and already dry inside the headlights while drive,,,

    my car is pass it

  • ok. so you cut out the part of the lens that distributes the lights properly so that you could blind every g-damn person on the road? As opposed to using a $20 lens cleaning kit? that's pretty inconsiderate.. at best..

  • mikesho,

    '

    hi mike,,,

dont need to use a headlight cleaning kit,,,

it is still no help to clear,,,

because of inside the headlight is still stain yellow,,,

plus many lines on the headlight,,,

clear light is better than cleaning len kit and many lines

  • What an idiot.

  • st0yneff,

    '

    no idiot,,,

    still good,,,

some people likes it and good idea

  • @bestamerica

NO, absolute fucking idiot. There's only one thing worse than an idiot, and that is an idiot that still keep insisting on whatever retarded and wrong thing he has on his mind.

First these piece of shit lights WILL leak. I see no sealant at all.

    Second - SCREWS? REALLY?

Third - have you ever heard of beam pattern / light cutoff?

Fourth - unless you live in a non-inspection state, good luck passing inspection with POS lights like that, IDIOT.

  • st0yneff,

    '

    no problem this car,,,

    dont insult me,,,

    respect me

  • @bestamerica

And don't eve get me started on the vomit-inducing parody of a grill you have there.

Just look at what the rating is like on this craptastic clip. Like the red?

Yes, now you can disable the rating if you wish.

  • @bestamerica Wait wait wait wait.I think we got off the wrong foot here.First - I don't know you:who you are, what you do-hence I ain't supposed to be calling you names and shit;for which I stand corrected.Second, however,I stand by my words about what you did 1000%.NOBODY likes what you did.IT IS STUPID,POORLY EXECUTED,and flatout WRONG.Show me ONE person that thumbed this cretinism you did UP.Well?Mhm...Crickets.That's what I thought.I suggest you either get new lights, OR BACK THE FUCK OUT

  • st0yneff,

    '

    ohh not again,,,

dont use bad foul words and insult me,,,

dont use a word - YOU - on me,,,

dont like it my video about my car then dont comment,,,

my car is doing fine and can see at clear night time,,,

some people likes my car in my area is a good idea,,,

    respect me

  • quite possibly the dumbest fix I've ever seen on a vehicle. Your chicken wire grille is a close second.

  • CoolJetta3,

    '

haha no KFC on this grille,,,

grille is a so great and help the radiator more cooler to the motor and less heat

  • @bestamerica Whats wrong with you?

  • guitarlover4893,

    '

    no wrong,,,

    it is right on

  • And another thing, don't use a soldering iron to melt plastic. It gives off harmful fumes which are dangerous to the environment and to your health.

  • sim2lew,

    '

    no problem,,,

both clearly headlights are doing fine and not danger at all

  • @bestamerica No, no, burning headlights with a soldering iron releases harmful toxic fumes.

  • sim2lew,

    '

    no problem at all,,,

cutting the plastic once then finish,,,

smoking cigar is more worse DANGEROUS than this plastic,,,

smoking cigar is keep going going going going unstop and harmful to person body

  • @bestamerica That is only to one person, not to the environment. Thats beside the point. You don't understand that the plastic lines on the headlight are there for a reason. They make the light move downwards and towards the side of the road. Removing it means that the light goes straight ahead and could blind other drivers. It is worse than red turn signals, and worse than driving with headlights off. It can get in people's eyes because it isn't directed to the ground, but can go straight ahead

  • sim2lew,

    '

    no problem,,,

this car is still doing fine and keep going drive anywhere as needing

  • @bestamerica My point isn't the reliability of the car, it's that you've messed up the beam pattern. You go on about tail lights being dangerous, but this really IS dangerous.

  • sim2lew,

    '

    this car is doing fine,,,

    no dangerous vehicle

  • @bestamerica Yes dangerous vehicle, light shining into people's eyes.

  • @bestamerica Can you see around 21 seconds that the image of the car through the lens is distorted? If you don't believe me, then google "lens optics".

  • sim2lew,

    '

    no need it google,,,

this car is a good enough

  • Oh, and the reason that some cars are allowed to have a clear front is because the light is reflected by a small mirror onto the mirror lens at the back of the lamp housing. This moves the light. Your setup doesn't. The back just makes the light go everywhere, and there is no lens at the front now to put it in the right places, so it just blinds other drivers and they can't see, possibly making them swerve into people or oncoming traffic causing lots of crashes. It's illegal and dangerous.

  • sim2lew,

    '

this both headlights are ultra silverstar light bulbs,,,

it is okay legal to drive at night,,,

HID is too much powerful more brighter light than a ultra silverstar bulb

  • You've now defected your car. that is illegal. You could be blinding other drivers and causing a danger. The blurry front plastic was a lens, it curves the light towards the ground and to the sides of the road. With that, you've ruined the beam pattern. You could cause many crashes and pile ups, and water can get in around the lights. This is dangerous and you need to buy new headlights now before you kill lots of people with the dangerous lights.

  • sim2lew,

    '

    it is okay legal drive,,,

    no defect at all,,,

no need to replace new nissan headlight,,,

because nissan headlight have dull plastic and too many lines llllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll,,,

i dont like it and clear is better than line

  • @bestamerica You miss the point. All of those lines are there for a reason. The lines are actually caused by the shape of the plastic. They are there to point the light in a different direction. You took the lines away, and now it's like having full beams on all the time. You should replace them for safety. Other cars have clear plastic because the mirror at the back is shaped instead of the front plastic. Did you not think that the lines were there for a reason?

  • i would of done the whole front lense and cut it out heated up some lexan in an oven bent it to contour the old lense then super glued it and seal it up with some 3m marine glue. but hey thats just my way...

  • bradrsavidge,

    '

    okay good,,,

    show me a video

  • its look ugly but nice :) thnx 4 ur help bro

  • sssalbaluchi,

    '

    yellow plastic is ugly,,,

  • itisYOUREnotYOUR,

    '

  • why didnt you just buy those cheap ebay euro clear replacements?

  • jmoyet,

    '

    no need it from ebay,,,

ebay is too long wait wait,,,

better do it fix NOW than ebay

  • omg.... what did you do.... your screwed if your planning on replacing them back to original headlights.. replacements are expensive!

  • jmoyet,

    '

plastic headlights are easily to melt it and screws than replacement new headlights

  • LOL.are you serious ????

  • RAJSTA81,

    '

yes finish it and look so great clear headlights

  • @RAJSTA81

fair enough but it doesnt look good....you need to get new lenses

  • RAJSTA81,

    '

    a new headlight have alot of lines l l l l l l l l l l,,,

i dont need it lines and clear is good than many lines

  • @bestamerica

the lines are there to help properly reflect the light in a wide spread of directions...what sort of car is that ??? Nissan Bluebird???

wont your local police pick on that ???

  • RAJSTA81,

    '

many cars has clearly headlights and cop / police dont stop by me,,,

yes right on it is a nissan car

  • @bestamerica

    Good car

    KA 24 - good motor

hey if it works it works

you should put some clear silicon around your new lenses because if you dont, you will get moisture and water in the light which will cloud it up and give poor visibility and the moisture will destroy your globes very fast

    use a clear roofing silicon

  • RAJSTA81,

    '

yes i will do that clear caulk silicon waterproof / weatherproof on headlights later,,,

now it is a summer time
