  • The Zombies , The Yardbirds & Spencer Davis Group are playing on tour in the US & Canada. I am goin to see them July 9 Capital One Bank Theatre Westbury, NY and July 10 The Fillmore/Irving Plaza NYC. Can't wait.

  • Yeah, it was in my English book. I didn't analyse it that much to see a lot of connections between it and the song (I read it in about half an hour), but the song is based off of the story.

  • "A Rose for Emily" by The Zombies took its title from William Faulkner's short story. "Arctic Death" by Virginia Astley. Hope this helps.

  • "A rose for Emily" is an Ernest Hemigway's short novel, but the lyrics are not very similar to the story. For all the fans who want to know more about it, you can find the story in any Hemingway's compilation. By the now, this is a great song!

  • why are those people talking at a concert? Why do they come if they just talk? SHOOT THEM! I HATE CONCERT FOOLS! Too many of them at each concert... Love that band anyway ;)
