Two - it was a very quick mistake and she corrected herself immediately. Three - Her 'dumbness' was kind of taken away as she won the round. Four - The video was almost a minute long when the mistake was only 2 seconds. I thought it was an alright video overall though...

Since "an" and "un-" (the first syllable of "unforgettable") are one right after the other, they both got pronounced the same way to avoid any unnecessary movement of the tongue. Each sound is made somewhere in your mouth, so to ease to speech process some sounds have a 'shortcut' pronunciation in some context. So instead of "an un..." it simply went "an an..".
