It must be sad to live in your world of perfection. I have more admiration for touching, human, imperfect performances, than for virtuosity and accuracy (although I don't like it when performers are wandering in something that would require some discipline). But in this case, Andreas wrote the song, so if he wants to be off key here and there, that's his business. I believe the only purpose of your comment was to make the world know that you have a trained ear. Like we care.
its called an opinion, hes my idol I admire him so much. Im a counter to and ill never be like him. DW. Btw music IS perfection. But u clearly dont know anything bout it ^^
shame on you, this genre is jazz I assume. And microtones under or above notes arent never composed like that, coz it doesnt match the sound of the music :S
I didn't say that it was written like that. I presume that Scholl-the-interpret took some liberties with what Scholl-the-composer had written, that's all.
I'm not 98 like you pretend to be, but I was singing as a countertenor 25 years ago, and started composing atonal music for soloists and orchestra more than 20 years ago, so I may know more than you gratuitously assumed.
then u should know that this isnt an a-tonal piece at all... I'm a counter tenor but I sing baritone 2. I'm a proffessional singer in holland i did jazz but after that i started classical. Also if have an absolute hearing so i know where im talking about.
What a ramble about nothing! Let us suppose that he is off pitch: will that make you happy? It is obvious to me that people without this so called gift have more prospects to have a successful musical career than any of the perfect pitch people. It is evident that their absolute ear is only good for nagging about the insignificant imperfection of the hard working, non-perfect-pitch people's successful work. Perfection belongs not to this world. I prefer human quality to technical perfection.
The Glidecam seems really smooth - would it still work with a full Redrock assembly mounted?
Was the DOF all due to the Letus Mini? No Redrock used at all? I am not familiar with it, but looking it up it certainly seems much less cumbersome than the Redrock.
I think the shot of the empty wicker chair, shifting focus from the closest to the farthest side was a wonderful illustration of the capability, with an abstract feel to it.
The shallow deph of field was done exclusively with the Letus mini on the Sony. Now that I have an 46mm to 37mm step-down adapter I can attach the Letus Mini to the JVC, which is what I alway wanted: Handheld use, choice of DOF, 25p and tapeless workflow. the JVC records in Quicktime format, so you simply pull the clips into the Final Cut Pro timeline and off you go. To me that´s the dream combination...until the Red-Scarlet maybe....
Takes me back two years to a time of despair... I remember listening to this song one day in July 2007 without even the beginning of a thought that I may hear it again two years later in a happier context.
Lovely afternoon, cozy garden, a beautiful cat, and merry friends. It was a great idea to keep a souvenir.
But the choice of shots also creates the illusion. Lovely girl wearing sunglasses - normal for a summer afternoon, but because you don't see her eyes it suggests she is a mystery, a memory. Plus the wicker chair she is sunning in appears later empty. Poignant.
I am totally in love with this video. !!!

Wunderschöne Bilder! Aber die Katze... ist die nicht von Frau García aus Offenbach... die aus der Kellerwohnung?

Does a person have to zoom in a lot to eliminate the vignetting with the letus?
zenepick 2 years ago
Depending on the lens you'll have to zoom into the image more or less. In any case never that much that it'll turn a 28mm into a 50mm or similar.

Elle jouait avec sa chatte,
Et c'était merveille de voir
La main blanche et la blanche patte
S'ébattre dans l'ombre du soir...

May 209GB? Muci? Did you mean May 2009 and Music? ;)
Great, great song to illustrate these early Summer days that we're having now...
Strange that it already looks like the nostalgic view of moments spent years and years ago with friends that are now far away...

Yes, it looks like that. I think it is the song that created the illusion.
civileso 2 years ago
Yes, as well as the colour correction mentioned in the description, and the way it is filmed and edited.
