Yup, UFC 110 W.Silva vs M.Bisping.... Its on!... This is his first fight after his face surgery i think..... He was talking about dropping down to 185 to fight for A.Silva's belt. Which A.Silva wasn't to happy about, so i think its off......... for now!

The Xtreme Couture gym is a franchise so unfortunately i dont train with Randy, His home gym is in Las Vegas and im thirteen in Toronto so i dont think ill get a chance to train with him anytime soon :P, I also only started going last week . how long you been doing MMA?
