What's your height and weight now and what do you want your height and weight to be ideally ( of course ideal weight is lean no matter how heavy or large ). You can have a high protein diet naturally or you can buy the powders and make the shakes. Protein turns to fat if isn't fueling muscles, especially the shakes so only take them soon before or after workouts. To put on muscle you can do it naturally or you can hit the gym again the choice is yours. It's simple, just becomes a lifestyle a healthy strong one.

U think Russia has lower poverty than the US? Ur outta ur mind! It's easy to declare a country has a lower poverty rate simply by moving the poverty line! In the US its about $26000 a yr and below. I guarantee u that much money extrapolated into Russian rubels (sic?) would make one fairly middle-class! Our poverty line ain't talks poverty line!

@cjeffe007 Moving the poverty line is fair. Russia is not much of a low-cost nation but 26,000 buys better live there than 42,000 does in US. Thailand is better example. You can buy a decent property for 50,000 and the quality of life is not woprsethan it is in US as soon as you even have your 26,000.
