When the water is split by the electricity it is creating enough oxygen to achieve complete combustion, so having it run into the air cleaner means that it is running lean. Perhaps this could be rectified by removing the air filter and carby and having the hydrogen/oxygen gas mixture running directly into the intake manifold? would this mix be explosive enough to damage the engine at high concentration?
I was going to try this next. Good trick when showing off. Might use a couple of quarters and vise grips. I was thinking about just unplugging the fuelline. Next step is producing on demand to sustain a good pull. Pulse wave modulator maybe. We are really hammering away at this with high amps now. Ever heard of a water splitter sparkplug. Meyers apparenty had it. Although a 2nd battery with a high amp alt dedicated might work. Police use this all te time for light power.
hey man, very nice work. Been looking at a few videos and yours is one of the better looking units.
Does it still pull 25A @ 12v when fitted to the car. Might not be producing useable power yet but the fact it runs on 350 watts might enable you to use the motor as a generator to produce more electricity to put back into the fuel cell and maybe produce enough HHO to actually drive.
personally I'd be looking at pulse width modulators now, apparently produces even higher yields of HHO
Sounds like she runs a little rough, maybe the sound quality but it did remind me about timing adjustments. From memory it was beneficial to adjust the timing to as close to top dead centre as possible.
What about a larger altenator to put more charge back into the battery??
Yes it runs very rough on HHO alone, rough enough you wouldnt drive it. It is a timing issue caused by the difference in speed at which Hydrogen combustes, it burns much quicker than gasoline. I havent done too much tinkering with the cars. I just wanted to prove a point to a neighbor of mine. I do intend to use a high output alternator when it is permanently installed however.
Just a suggestion...

Yes HHO alone for a few minutes. Not sure on the total consumption. It runs between 20 - 30 amps.

is this running off hydrogen? no gas used?
and how much electricity do you spend in watts per hour?
thanks!
