Thanks Paco I will certainly be doing this. Now all I have to do is to teach my wife to do the same too. Damm, what is it with womens leg hair. That can blunt a blade in seconds.
Thanks! The towel dries it, too, as long as you strop the blade before drying yourself off. Since we don't even have a hair dryer, I think I'll stick to the towel.
haha im only 18 and i haven't needed to upgrade from my electric razor, which i really dont use often D: but once i need to shave almost everyday ill use this tip! :D and nice ending haha
Sounds like a dang great idea ... going to have to try it! You sure make a shower a formal event Paco ... I usually dress a little ... ah ... more casual! ;-)

Yes, it does work. Cotton contains a lot of silica which acts as a mild abrasive. Drying it also helps arrest oxidation (rust).
I rinse and towel dry my razors and get at least 3 months from each cartridge.

Why didn't anyone tell me about this sooner? I'd been suffering with dull razors for years!
Thanks for backing me up.

I'll be curious to see how it turns out for you.

It is the water that dulls the blade, just dry it (Hair Dryer works best) after you use it and it will last over 6 months.
