if you wanna be skilled with it and get into more places you have to realize that you can jump straight up and still get launched far. The way it works is: the medic must be standing/crouching facing away from the desired landing and it's so simple as to jump and you will be launched in time(this works for the xbox 360 version I haven't tested it on pc yet)

Play medic, and stay close to someone who gets a lot of kills. You'll eventually either adapt your own skills or get better.

play on a noob custom map like Mario Kart as a Sniper, you get ludicrous kills that way. I know I did.

If Valve wants it removed, they'll remove it anyway. They know about it, they'll decide what they decide. You act like its some secret only you know. You're not someone special, anyone who's ever played a climbing map knows this. This is just to help the newer players learn it too and to show some new applications of it. If Valve wants to take it out and make their game less interesting, they can do that, and the community can make a new server mod to get around it if we really want.

If you don't trust Valve to make the best decisions in the longterm, then don't buy their games. I believe the reason they took out uber pausing was because the medic could use it to go uber for 30 seconds instead of 10. I'm sure they wouldn't have removed it if all it did was pause uber. Hell, for all we know they'll bring it back once they remove the 30 second bug.
