Most life sized Keyblades are made by hand. Though for about 400 dollars I believe you can buy one.

Investing in a wood class and making your own would be a lot cheaper though.

Why should it have been in English? It's a japanese game Glaceon! This took place in japan, and most likely a japanese school. Cosplay is normal in Japan, and they do a lot of school activities.

OH MY GOD. This sounds amazingly well acted, and its perfect cosplay, I love it entirely!! Would someone very very kind and with some spare time on their hands who can understand this pleaseplease put up a translation? Maybe on a blog or something? Its a bummer not being able to understand it. I'd try and learn Chinese myself, but I'm already doing Japanese XP and it would take like years of study to be able to understand XD
