@2010bowhunter its a combination of things. i live in florida and my pepper plants seem to take a beating from full sun all day. i would shade them from about 2 p.m. until about 5 p.m. i use composted cow manure mixed with garden soil (50/50) and dont over water. when the plant is established and starts to flower, i sprinkle some 10-10-10 plant food at the base. remove any stems that are going yellow especially if there are no blooms on them. they rob energy from the peppers.

Wow you seem to be a pepper master. I just started trying to grow these this year, I have them both in pots and they are starting to grow peppers. The pepper so far seems really small. Maybe I'm just being impatient. How long does it take the fruit to go from the start of when the flower falls off to a full ripe pepper? After about 6 days the pepper is almost an inch long.

@birdwingsvids Have no idea because I know there are laws in countries about allowing or not allowing plants or seeds that are not native to the country because sometimes they will harm the natural plants in the country.
