  • Hey, buddy. Excellent version. You capture the emotion.

    Bin there as a ground crew chief. Had to make decisions as a 22-year old and thankfully, I was never faced with this.

    I relied on the experienced guys in my crew - mostly First Nations, Native American, whatever we call them - Indians!! Guys who had been through that many times and taught young, white college students who were appointed their bosses, how it should be done!

    It's too bad the crew didn't have faith in their leader. So sad.
