theres a better way of doing it, if you show them your card (the duplicate) and say " this is my card" and then let them pick a card from the deck exept your card. while thay are looking at their card you palm your card, and when they are done you ask them to put their on the top and you put yours on the top att square the deck or do some false shuffles or whatever ^^

its better, if u have the duplicate cards on top of deck. let them choose any card. then palm the top card, and let them put there card on top, then u place the palmed card on top of deck, double lift it

coz its more impressive to let them choose the card and change it :)

There's a whole deck in your hands. All you have to do is force first and then continue with the trick.
