  • well, a beautiful cake doesn't really mean it's delicious/tasty right ?

  • she is a patissiere! great!

  • This is very simplistic compared to other tutorials I've seen. She did a great job!

  • i liked the cake

  • woahhh, so hectic <3

  • You kick ass

  • thats fancy

  • Actually swag means a low hanging garland, so the design she is creating on the cake is indeed a swag. The way you are using the term is actually a slang term.

  • wish I could have heard her...it was barely audible, fun to watch however

  • yeah, THAT's hard work.

  • I love this!

  • HELP HELP HEL¨!! mdrr , please !!

  • such tedious work...and people wonder why they are so expensive xD

great job on the cake. very detailed instructions.

  • Its perfect and your very talented but the dots are a bit wonky

  • is perfect

  • actually, frosting and icing are different. Frosting is more creamy, used to cover cakes generally. Icing is is more thick, and hardens, because it's used for decorating, and bonding.

  • you're ridiculous. Why get so worked up?

  • It's still the same stuff that goes on the cake!

  • Well in Denmark we call it glasur!

Every country call it something different - no word is the "right" word - so please relax!

  • @Supermigg Glasur just means Icing right?.. Swag is what you do with the glasur/icing, not the icing itself :)

  • We do call it icing sometimes!

  • u r sooo talented, the cakes look really smooth, like amazing, and fake even, and u have an amazingy still hand!

  • my mouth is watering it looks so yummy!

  • Me love cake

  • Wow! You're really talented! I've never seen someone actually do that before.

  • that saves a lot of money

  • it looks soooooooooooooooo good right now

  • its amazing ,so smooth its just beatiful you are very talented, god bless your hands

  • that wedding cake is sooo smooth and shiny =D

  • very cool.... guess you need a really steady hand and eye sight....

  • Beautiful!!

  • That looks stunning! With a big display of yellowy orange roses on the top, that will look lush!!! Great video!

  • is that a butter cake?

  • yes its buttercream. I can't imagine anyone using Royal Icing. It's too tempramental.

  • you people that take the time to write Yawn are so rude. I think she did a great job.

  • @rebbeller Yawn

  • I type 'swag' on youtube this is what I git. that cake does have swag tho

  • for a wedding cake colour should be mellow as it is classical you dont want a bright wedding cake

  • She has a lot of cake experience and really knows what she's doing.

  • if i had that cake i would put icing on top of 1 cake and take a big bite out of it and then doin the same to the rest of the cake it would taste soo good

  • shes really good.

  • she makes it seem so easy!

  • the dots look like white chocolate chips. yum.

  • Yawn.

  • what's for dinner?

  • wow, she worked really hard on that cake, imagine how bad she would feel if she/someone else dropped it :O

  • s not realy good!:P

  • i agree

    but its ok

    cute name though ^.^

    <3

  • Very pretty! :D

  • i think the thing 3 chunks of hollow plastic and frosting; the cake is too.

  • Too much shit talking. I'd like to see YOU people make a cake.

It takes time, effort, and skills.

One mistake can ruin your cake, and thats a frustrating thing to happen.

    ANYWAY, very cute cake :)

  • man that looks really hard

but the outcome should be really good

  • hahahahaha that would have been funny!!!!

  • no actually it takes practice and talent.. trust me i would know,,,

  • what did you use the frost it? i mean the white frosting, did you use royal icing, butter cream, fondant, thanks

  • Great job. I'm putting you on my favorites

  • cute!

  • Best ever

  • when you are piping icing, you should use gloves even you dont touch the buttercream. is higiene

  • I've never met a decorator that wears gloves to decorate. Technically, you're not touching the cake/frosting, and since decorating is all about manual dexterity, those gloves really hinder your performance. If you're fine with a cake that looks sub-par, get one from a grocery store.

  • Yh gloves can b a lil restricting, i decorate cakes and i admit that for things like colouring fondant gloves r required but not for piping, it seems silly that u even made such a comment especially as u urself sed she wasn't even touching it.

  • what?

  • well the dots were the outline for the swag but I didn't get to see any swags made.

  • hmmm...very interesting..xD now i wanna bake a 3 layer cakes..up until now, i've only been doing two layers..xD

  • u mean 3 tiers?

  • it looks good, My Aunt is cook in Denmark she looks at cake decoration veideo alot to get inspired and she says this was well done ^^

i also think that it looks great when it get some more decoration

  • Beautifull :)very simple to do.. i want to try:P take care. and god bless your hands;)

  • IT SHOULD BE DELICIOUS AND MOIST!

  • You make frosting a cake look so simple. I would not be able to space those dots evenly; nor be able to make them the same size. I suppose that in time practice would help. My guess is that cooking schools probably use some type of styrofoam/plastic practice cake?

  • Actually if the students don't gain 30 -50 pounds each year, they get kicked out. So the students and teachers have to eat everything.

  • Wow really!

  • man, thats tedious

  • Yeah, it's amazing how much work goes into it. Not to mention the baking of the cake itselfand the clean up. This is cake is rather simplistic compared to others which can take DAYS to decorate.

  • Yeah moma. Make it creamy!

  • wow thar o.o

  • really really long

  • How long would it take to decorate a cake big enough for Sweet Bertha to jump out of?

  • lol
