This is why I dropped Time Warner Cable TV and got DirecTV. DirecTV is way better than Time Warner cable. I only use Time Warner for the internet service, and using MagicJack Plus for my phone service.
I work for Time Warner its not that easy so many things play into it outlets spltiers drop but that looked like a older system with jerolid equipment and that silver box is a amp and it is a fuse in that kind of equipment but not all of them have fuses
