Those aren't the "twin towers" of the WTC complex. Just 2 tall similar looking buildings. It's NYC, it isn't that uncommon.

Yep, and it is a Concord, and it's parked next to an aircraft carrier. Part of the Intrepid Air, Sea, and Space Museum.
