It's weird, I have a hard time explaining this to traditional vocal "soulful" house heads, but this kind of funky syncopated tech house is just as if not more deeply rooted in funk, soul, and even African than a lot of what is labeled as soulful, funky, or afro-house. Makes me wonder what exactly in any given track gives people that squirt of dopamine in their brain that makes them want to DJ it or dance to it. BTW thanks for the upload!
