So pretty much, what I understood was: she takes shelter from rain below a flower shop, the owner goes for her,wants to rape her, she runs and hide, he finds her and rapes her, she goes crazy ( the part where he passes in front of her and she has a creepy smiley expression) and chopped his head off (where the black figure looses his head). then she realizes she's pregnant and hangs herself (at the beginning she was hanging by the neck from the string of a red balloon)
