FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! It was the throttle cabel itself. Got one on eBay, when I get it and replace it, hopefully I can test out my new helmet cam I made with a few bolts LOL.

yeah like the last guy said with the cable and shit, that happend to my buddy on his 200 big red, turn right, she'd open right up, scary thing to drive.
Check the routing of the throttle cable round the handlebars, when you turn the bars it may be pulling on the cable slightly, I've had small issues like this before, it surprising how little it takes to make them play up...
I would also pull, strip and give the carb and jets a good clean...
i ride mine almost every day for just a couple of miles
