andd the logo is EMS logo. Emergency Medical Technicians logos r different,

the star of life on that left roll up door identifies that compartment as the one with the medical equipment. It is very helpful for other fire companies when trying to find gear off another rig.

What does the medical logo on the side of the firetruck stand for? Normally see it on ambulances, but can't remember seeing it on a fire truck before.

Its Called the Star of Life. Usually when thats place over a compartment door like that it means that that compartment has nothing but EMS equipment in it
