As a child in the '60's, i probably watched this...the male voice and the animation has a very familiar feel to it, making it a lovely nostalgia piece to me. Some of you have missed how very little has changed, except that we are slipping as an economic superpower. Also, it was very important in the post-Depression years to offer hope, and Good emphasis on diversity and individual rights and freedoms as the hallmark of our country. Some stereotypes are almost offensive; naive.
