Ohh I used to pull this one on my parents...When I said a bad word they made me do the same thing and keep soap in my mouth. I love this movie, never get tired of it..Simpler times everyone...that was my childhood..LOL
@oMgitsRACHELx As a matter of fact, I'm not really a fan of any of the stuff outside of the daydreams. The contrast between the two is great, but sadly, I'm not all that entertained by the stuff that happens in the "normal" story. But man DO I LOVE the daydreams. Not only as a kid were they enjoyable, but as an adult, I really love the purposeful overacting done by the rest of his family and friends in them, xD.

I never realized this, but Adult Ralphie's voice, Jean Shepherd was one year older than Darren McGavin who played Ralphie's dad.
