@123Snowy456 If the other player was outside the box when the ball was kicked then yes. And as long as when the ball was passed back to the first player, he was level or behind the ball. It happens quickly though, can't really tell if player 2 was outside the box when the ball was kicked.

you can pass the ball when taking the penalty...

you just have to make sure that when you pass the ball the other player isnt in the box...its not ilegal or anything..

the reason why players arent doing it more often is that its quite risky and that some players dont even know its allowed
