i live right by the vans outlet store. i get 2 pair for $45.00. i've had some last like 6 months, some like 3 months. i love em'. they got the best grip and "feel-a-bility" out of a lot of other shoes.

i like globes too but they tend to be heavy and the sole wears out well before the sides bust.

cant go wrong with a pair of t-n-t's.

Who would want to, vans suck, they last a month, month and a half at the most and i skated fallens for 10 months and they never riped just the soul got thin and got some holes.

I dont care how long they have been around, they suck. I didnt have a mini when i skated vans but id go through a pair every month or to. They would rip through and my toes would hang out or they would wear a hole in the soul.

My last Fallens lasted atleast 8 months.

No it was about 4 pair that all lasted 1-2 months a pair. Idk what they were called but they wasnt slip ons, i never skated slip ons. They were just regular skate shoes.

My adios lasted 5-6 months. Fallens lasted over 8 months. (From valentines day untill almost christmas)

The only shoes i had that were worse than vans is NSS and i only got them cuz i was broke and they were $20 they lasted like a months maybe.

do you wear them everywhere? i have skate shoes i only skate and then ones i like to wear around. those might have air pockets in them for example. cant skate air pockets tho so the vans stay skate onlys. i dont know what to say for you but they last plenty long time for me and i dig the way they skate. the waffle tread rules.

it depends which model shoe you get if you wear Vans, i had a pair of the "no skool" shoes and they lasted a month and a half tops but a good pair of Sk8 Hi's will last for half a year

They dont skate any better than any other shoe, there grip is ok but globe grip better and last longer. Fallens last for ever and skate just as good if not better. Everyone that iv talked to said vans suck. Including the skate shop owner and he sells vans. Im pretty sure he wouldnt say his own product sucked if it didnt.

at the end of the day its down to personal preference, vans are more lightweight and skinny but dont last but if your willing to put up with it for some sick shoes fair enough
