Nope; but you can send a unit to stay under the luker and them order to a tank to shoot on the unit. The luker will die with the splash damage; this also works with reavers. On the video, him used vessels and scan

He planted 2 mines very close to each other so when the protoss dragoons tried to destroy them, they spread out their fire and failed to destroy even 1, so they blew up (2 spider mines can kill all the dragoons because of splash damage)

I personally think it was just the Protoss player's stupidity haha. the mine was placed kinda close to the cliff though, that way the dragoons couldnt back up

That's why he had so many tanks.

Dragoons > Vultures > Zealots > Tanks > Dragoons.

The less Zealots he has, the more Dragoon heavy he is, therefore Terran needs a Tank heavier army.
