You can recruit Morinth if you have a high enough Paragon/Renegade score use the persuasion options when you talk with her in her apartment. But just FYI, screwing Morinth is a game over. (Quite literally)

Then I met her.

Not to mention she has one of the coolest intros of all the characters. I think it gave me chills.
