Being a computer user since about 20 years back, I've seen errors like this occur more than once, long before the internet was even really available to most people. I did understand allready back then that it had to do with conversion errors, but not exactly how it worked. as I was using an Amiga 500 at my early years, I often struggled with the HAM 12 bit color mode, to look how I wanted, so I knew stuff...

Hmmm well Lapel mic shouldn't be hissy or sibilant on the sides technically. I do that every day pretty much. The reason is because there is no direct propagation of sound this way, say in compare to placing the mic in the middle which usually the best way because of utmost avoiding of the proximity effects, even though those mics are mostly Omnidirectional, which minimizes the proximity effect.

@twokitties420 Hi, thanks for your message I deffinately agree with most of what you say. As for the error itself, it's fairly rare and is usually entirely avoidable. The majority of software that processes video's nowadays work around such errors, and most people producing professionally will have some idea of how to avoid artifacting. I avoided it simply by changing the format before upload to YT. If I hadn't of done so, and uploaded the video's from fox, the errors reappear on YT.

I can't prove if they were all lying or not, but there has been many reports, diverse in nature. The only medical explanation that I have found was Reiger's Syndrome, which is very rare and comes with other disabilities. I'm sure the Bushes or Hillary Clinton don't just happen to have it, along with many of skeptical people. It would put them out of working commission.

2. I have looked into this subject a lot myself and as far as I can see it has to do with possession of some sort. There is a difference between the most commonly known "reptilian" videos, and others. Poor quality videos are the only video evidence for "holographic reptilians" and "their skin morphs" theories, but as I mentioned, I have seen the best type of video evidence that you can get, and one can see, very clearly, slitted pupils that are maintained, regardless of light and eye position.

1. I understand about video quality but I'm convinced that there is some level of truth to this. Good job with the series btw. In particular, I'm more interested when it just comes to the slit pupils, which has yet to be fully explained, because I have seen many accounts in original, 1080p HD, and in different lighting conditions, and it really does seem to pertain to certain people. Eyes are consistent through whole clips, and are not like the others being interviewed at the same time.

@casualtybeats Well, I would probably look at the 3 years of anti nwo video's I've posted before doing this video, but if you still have concerns, I reccomend following what I said in the video and downloading the origonals from fox without the error, and then uploading them to youtube, youtubes encoder automatically creates this error due to the stepdown to 24 bit colour depth, so you can see for yourself.
