this poem is spiritual, but not literal at all. a window wont always open, sometimes u have no other options, but to give up and move onto somthing els, is that the wendo metafore? how is that supose to help anyone?

I get where your coming from, but surely isn't the moving on to something else the 'window'? The 'door' has closed, yes - thats when you turn around and stop pursuing teh door, but you go on to something else - that is the 'window'. The point is, there is always something else, it may be hidden, but when something fails, there is some small ember of hope and a way out somewhere. That is what i meant...

But thanks for actually bringing me back to this.
