Assault Rifle users will not use scavenger because their is 2 reasons:

1. Because competetive gaming is all about spawn trapping the other team and scavenger makes you play more defenseivly.

2. If you need a scavenger bag and you are spawn trapping then you will have to go over dead bodies so then the opponents will probably spawn next to you and kill you.

3. In competetive gaming you are going to die alot as you are against great players.
