@kelsehoffman Mine makes this sound just about every time when landing in grass,sounds like stripping-but didn't this time. Have replaced front bevel gear a couple times after many flights.It is a weak point for these shaft -drive copters.
. I've had it out flying a few more times this week,and have tried a few different gyro gain settings. When I reduce gain,less twitching. The head dampeners are pretty stiff & might be contributing somewhat.Head & links are all tight,everything balanced, really can't complain-I like this fbl configuration-turns are more precise and response is better overall while still being very stable.
i heard some gear stripping at the end. i just did the same thing on my ufly not an hour before i wrote this comment.

Nice, do you think the "bobbing" could be the head dampeners?
