  • @resultsmatterpt YES that is definitely a struggle!! For years I was overtraining and had NO energy to do my own workouts! ITS BALANCE - you have to put yourself FIRST, i know thats hard....but when YOU are in YOUR BEST SHAPE you will give a better CLASS/Workout bcz you will be happier :) Hope that helps!!!

  • love video ..but here is my ?? I teach tk 3x a week and HHH 2x a week ..and crossfit 4X a week !! Struggling on when to fit this in i love it but when dose too much cardio become to much !! i know u teach TK do u count your Tk classes as the longer fire ones ..and just do the hits or are u doing double cardio ???
