I'm a woman in my 50s who, after showing clear signs of extreme respiratory allergies, has been to two different allergists in the last 18 months. After extensive lung function tests, one doctor believes I have asthma; the other does not. If an asthma attack feels as demonstrated in this video, then I have never had an attack. Thank you for posting, and good luck keeping your asthma under control.
Asthmatics need to get with the program or die. You have been dodging the institutionalized health care system for decades with cheap, safe, effective inhalers, and it had to stop. If you want to get better, you will pay into the system like everyone else does, or you will die. It's that simple. The ozone excuse is just the punchline, it proves our message. The Primatene inhalers have no effect on the ozone; we know that, and you know that, so read between the lines.
Been in the hospital, nearly dead. America banned not only over the counter asthma rescue inhalers, but also herbs like Ephedra we use for meds. America, such a brilliant country. I need some wire to choke people in our government who passed these laws. No wait, I like the clear plastic bag, it takes longer & I can see their pathetic faces as they asphyxiate. Better yet, I want to suffocate their children while they watch! Eye for an eye.
I had asthma for 21 years & I know the feeling well. Now I've had 10 days with no meds. Simple cure. Mudras for asthma and bronchials. Pranayama breathing exercises. Yes, I still find myself asphyxiating (much less). The difference is that now I do the mudras and pranayama during the onset of an attack.
Important: Be in the present moment to know when you are starting to asphyxiate.
Important: TRUST
Important: do the routine upon waking. I found everything on youtube. Good luck and healing!
quite right. another thing that really helps is swimming. i've had asthma since i was 6. i'm 25 now and i've been swimming regularly for the past 15 years. i dont have to use inhalers everyday now
@jpmetroidkiller96 never say never. I just got out of the hospital after 5 days, and nearly died. When your lips are black and your O2 sat is less then 50% you wont be ROLF, you'll just be on the floor. ;) stay well.
How did I go from sexy corpses to this?
