Couldn't see the full vid as connection too slow but the summary of the service suggests that it's something that would be really useful. People often put up with injuries etc becuase they don't want to bother their GP or know it takes AGES to get a Physio referral - i would've found this useful to get some initial advice when i fell and twisted my ankle last year - instead, it's taken til now to recover. Vid could do with being a bit more snazzy though! R Walker

The video is professional and succinct in it's delivery, providing essential elements on the service to its audience. If I 'had' to be pernickety, you could take out one of the examples provided on the service in use, as I think the audience are already clear on this message earlier on. The service sounds great. I would use it (altho don't live in Hull - will other Trusts provide it?) as I've spent a lot of time in and out of physio and would find a huge benefit in utilising such a service.

anything that gets instant proffesional help has gotta be good, if (when) i throw my bike up the road or track and wake up next day with aches i dont understand then this would be a great idea rather than waitin to see my local gp and referall, s for the film, it covers all the procedures that they offer and isnt either confusing or patronising, a lot of public information films tend to be one or the other.
