  • I figured they were joint issues but from what i'm asking? i've seen your weighted pull up and bench press videos would you attribute the issues to these two exercises over the years or something else per say? i'm very interested in preserving my own joints and want to know if you advise me to stay away from certain things that you wish you had stayed away from.

  • Hi kane... I've been watching your vids for a few years now... Your vids completely changed my philosophy of training... I take my hat off to you for biologicically winning the war with time... I cracked 31 last year and decided I wanted to keep doing what I do and not just aesthetically be as fit as you but functional when I hit 40's I've been training front levers for 3 months now and the other day I held a perfect form one for 5 sec ... Age is just another number huh hahaha .. thank you

  • @jbham93 V bar pullups where you try to touch your sternum to the bars would be one. Tucked lever swings where you bring your knees to your chest as you try to bring your torso parallel to the ground would be another.

Hopefully that won't be for another 10 years. But believe what you will... In the end, we're both products of our own work ethics but I guess only one of us is proud of the results.

  • Hey Kane, i didn't realize until now, that body weight training is the foundation for strength, just doing body weight training is all we need, and it will make the joints and tendons stronger, as the muscle gets stronger too....People don't know this, i only know, since getting the ebook, on Convict Conditioning.....Only convicts know this, that true strength is born through body weight training, from way back in the day, it's been this way....Keep it up, looking good : )

  • @mflo11 It's an elbow wrap. He had an injury and it takes some of the stress off the joint. I have weak wrists so i wear wrist wraps when i do curls. Some people use knee wraps when doing squats for extra support.

  • @Hiyrustrider i think you need to stretch and work on your legs as well. its mainly your thigh that gives out not entirely your legs. happens to me as well so i think i need to squat more often.

  • @llx2o1 I do train my legs, I do heavy squats, deads and all the key exercises for building legs but I just don't know why it burns out. It's pretty annoying haha, one of the big reasons why I hate leg raises :/

  • @timbahwolf Sick routine! that pullup bar looks DIY maybe add a hanging pipe were the pipes meet. Not that it would break but might stop it from bending so much. Especially if you have a heavier client there. TRX would have some added support also!

  • @RoYMMY uh you're core did you read the title of the vid? These are more advanced core movements for average people and basic for gymnasts. These are great exercises and much better than doing machines,situps,crunches,etc
