Please enlighten me as to what exactly IS the difference between "their heads and their ass about advertising a product." How would YOU do it?
Sure the Mac/PC commercials suck. They suck so bad that there are maybe only a hundred parodies of them on YouTube right now. They suck so bad that they have helped raise Apple stock to an all-time high.

You have your own little pseudo-design group and you and your bar buddies make slightly subversive bumper stickers and print them on your Canon Selphy one at a time, only to put them on your own car or maybe on the back of the coffee shop door where maybe 5 people a day will see them.
No, it doesn't automatically make anythng good. It's simply that this spot was produced by the same people who seem to make millions of dollars a year on extremely successful ad campaigns. Of course I'm talking about making money, not movies; and sure, this thing isn't really a good movie. Not like the Caveman.
For a name like "googledog" you sure don't know how to do your research. The first search result that comes up on GOOGLE will explain that this is the same agency who did the Mac/PC commercials..
And for the record, it shoud read "if any Pioneer executives ARE reading this..."
