The X-Men movies did well and while the did fuck up some things, most notably, NOT making Beast CGI or making a special suit for the guy that was supposed to be Beast, the storyline and fights were still pretty good. If you want to talk semantics about insulting things, well, comparing the X-Men films to the MMPR films is a quite insulting comment. Also, why are YOU not making a G.I Joe film yourself, xxxwilly2? Beast was the best saving grace of the 3rd film! Kelsey Grammer's performance was awesome, and the portrayel of the character was top notch...save for him losing his fur in the vicinity of the de-powering boy...but that aside I loved him XD

Um... this is looking to end up like transformers, great style, sleek battle scenes, with little in the way of in depth storyline. I personally like that part. Besides, you gotta give it to the guy/girl that actually has the balls/ovaries or balls to take on such an Iron Franchise! Besides, since when did GI Joe ever truly merit a storyline? So long as they have bad ass GI's fighting bad ass enemies...

Another pointer, GI joe is what you call American propaganda. But the movie is SWEET!!!
