Does anyone see smacking here? Or with Anderson? I don't see smacking. Seems like a gentle request and an outreach for communication similar, (yet even more gentle) than how my mare ask my gelding to move towards or away from her in the field.
when you smack a horse to teach him respect ,the way clinton anderson teaches, your horse is not learning respect, he is learning to fear you, a horse in fear will either do what you want or land over you faster than you can blink you fucking eyes.
Parelli is nothing but a whole bunch of shit. Downunder horsemanship is so much better. Clintin anderson teaches the horse to respect and parelli doesnt set any boundaries,downunder is a much better choise of natural horsemanhip. Giving horses treats everytime then do something right ruins them,they begin to expect you to give treats. Dont parreli the poor horse to death!

I prefer to give the horse treats,rather than smacking the fuck out of my horse , if that is what clinton a. calls respect, i dont want it
