I dont suppose you know if you can use a car alternator for power generation? im tryin to get set up to go off grid, i already got the panels down but i want to build a wind turbine and im tryin to asses the options. correct me if im wrong im just stuck on what type of generator/ alternator to use.
do you have a stopper on it so it doesnt turn all the way around ? if the windmill turned to many times around it would brake the wire going down the pipe
,,, I really want to biuld a windmill to feed air to my duck pond and maybe a pump to rotate the water
