You catch a Pikachu zero times, those things are weak. However, they do give 2 speed EV's which is OK I suppose, so training on them is always an option, especially with a ground type.

Well to make charts like this, someone gets an MP3 for a song, puts it into a program, and puts the notes in themselves. Since they have to synch it to the song themselves, I think this is more impressive tha a computer doing it.
