Max atk speed is 2.5. 4 phantoms already exceed that amount, plus u have ur w on nunu, so 2 phantoms are useless.

Two Phantom Dancers are awesome, but anymore and you get diminishing returns, it's better to then build an Infinity Edge/Bloodthrister for Attack Damage/Lifesteal.
