I love this foundation, i can see many great things coming from this foundation, years from now i predict very successful people that benefited from this foundation, that will be the bill gates of their time. I also predict that in the future linux or some other free OS will be the norm and windows and OSX will be free as well. Giving computers to kids at that age will produce a brilliance that the world has never know. I honestly believe this is one of the biggest events in human technology.

@ilovemaryam08 No peoples in the free software community will ever be like Bill Gates, it's not the same culture, and Windows, MacOS will never be free as in freedom, they are client nodes where the user has no power or control over the contents from servers. OLPC is a peer2peer, they are under the users control and teach freedom and sharing. Bill Gates last man standing culture is not what the world need, it will make knowledge to property the poor can't get.
