I love welsh springer spaniels. I have one to. he is 9 years old and we found out 2 days ago he has multiple tumors in his loungs :( he will be gone in a month the vet says and he will be in bad condition so we decided to let him go to sleep in a couple of days. :) its a true family dog good with children etc. etc. The only bad thing about this dog is; it is hard to say bye :'(

okay so my parents bought our springer 10yrs ago... and up until now we have thought he was an english springer spaniel because thats what the breeders told them but they didnt get papers because they just didnt want them since hes only a pet, and not shown. But lately, ive been thinking he may be half welsh because his coat is very fuzzy and not like the english at all... any ideas?

They are great pics. We lost our lovely Welshie the week before Christmas and could not get over it, but now, we have got a resqued Welshie and he is beautiful and so happy to be living with us. I wonder if you will get another Welshie. I do hope you will!
