My ACL surgery was June 17,2011 using hamstring graft that was a worst painful even when I woke up from the anesthesia . Gosh I hate it ha. Right now my knee is getting better but still numb . ;/ good luck to y'all

how long till you could walk? im getting surgery in 12 days using the patellar tendon.

I had my surgery a week ago. I have to go see my doctor on Friday. And im having like a pulling burning sensation that happens when i get up. Did yu have this ?

Thats crazy how big the incisions are I've had ACL surgery on both of my knees and they both only have a few incisions.

I already had mine and it wasn't pretty but let time and physical therapy set in and you'll be fine good luck

@Malikymt123 you'll be fine. Just remember, this is just another day at the office for your surgeon. Take recovery slow and listen to the medical professionals. Everything is based off of protocol. Keep your head up.

wow, I can't bend my knee at all and it's been 1.5 weeks since surgery.

@KKidGodStyle recovery times vary for everyone, don't get discouraged just keep doing what the doc tells you.

just had this same surgery a week ago from tommorow!!!!!! My knee feels great now

The week after my surgery I couldn't lift my leg and it was soo painful. But the pain killers were awsome. I had ACL reconstruction but they found that i tore my meniscus, another ligament in my knee, & my ACL was completely torn. It sucked at first but then it got better..too bad my knee is starting to hurt again. I have a completely different brace than you have.
