Is this project still on? Because if it is I would love to film a little bit of me and have you review it, so yeah, just cheaking to make sure I don't post anything into a project that's really outdated or something :P Okay, Thanks. Bye.
Sorry, but I'm going to have to say I don't have time to do this anymore, so unfortunately I won't be making a video response. But thanks for reminding me to change the description box :-)
@Yomay 1. You're welcome 2. Awwwww :( Do you have any plans to revive this project in the future? You know, when you have time o.o What are you busy with that's so important btw? On a more short time note: Do you think you can give me feedback in the form of text if you can't be bothered to make a video?
@ltsjack I'm not going to say I will not revive the project, but I have no plans to. It just kind of ended and that was it - but if you want me to post a review, I could indeed do it text wise. It's not as good since I wouldn't take enough time to provide the same content as with a feedback, but it takes less time to do the bit that I would do. So I'll do that.
That's great, but unless you posted it as a video response here, I'll forget about it soon. There are still some people waiting for me to watch their videos and upload responses, and I don't have time for that as it is. So.. yeah. Hopefully I will, some day.
Hey Sondre. First, I just wanted to say you are a funny guy with an epic beard. You also inspired me to juggle as a hobby. I learned how to do 4 balls with your tutorial and it has worked great! I just wanted to know how you first learned to juggle and do all these tricks? I'm trying to get better, but finding good juggling resources has been hard. Like, the types of tricks (you say 53 and 440 and I don't know what it means!) and how to practice and such.
I'm a funny guy with an epic beard, you say... it seems I'm getting somewhere with this when people point out that before they mention the juggling part, which was the actual theme of this to begin with :-)
Anyway - I'm really happy my efforts to help you guys have made a difference! I love it when I recieve feedback like yours now. Thank you very much!
1. I learned how to juggle from a classmate. We tried to get better than the other one, and when we got to 4 balls, he quit. In other words, I won. Then I practiced in our living room for four years. Or so.
2. Send me a personal message so I can remember to reply properly to this when I get home. I'm very busy right now and stripped of time to finish off this reply as well as I should.
Sondre...this is such a great service you are providing to the juggling community...Thank You! I have already learned a great deal from your comments. I do have one question: You have commented a few times that you felt that people were attempting to work with numbers that they are not ready for. What criteria do you use for your students to know when they can progress to the next number of props? I now wonder if I am wasting my time on 5, if my 4 ball pattern is not solid enough?
1. I can't really tell my students not to work on stuff they're not ready for as I am not their coach when they're at home and so on, but it's my criteria is just sort of "within a reasonable level". It's as loose as that.
2. Probably. If you can't do 4 balls *solid* and do 53 and 522 and 55550 fairly controlled, working on 5 will
1. Waste time
2. Cause bad technique
I talked about this one time before where I said not to work on stuff you're not ready for, because you will...
2. Not learn what you should have learned rather than wasting time
Therefore, you are wasting time while wasting more time. That does mean that if your intention was to waste time you're actually saving time since you're wasting twice as much time in half the time.. or something - but, well.. the morale of the story is, don't do that.
I just posted a video from me with some 7 and 5 ballstuff it's not much but if you have tips for 5 6 and 7 balls it would be great, I think you're a great juggler and would love some advice cool effort!
i posted a video respose but its not showing that i did.... so if u get the video titled "7balls" can u let me know, if not ill post it again. And i forgot to put what i wanted u to help me with - can u help me with the height of my pattern and accuracy of throws?
It won't show up until I approve it - and that I'll do once I have made a response. You should perhaps write in the description box what you want me to look at, since I have a few responses and might forget about this comment before I get to your video.
The first one was unnecessarily wrong and had an ugly background. I will keep it on my profile for a while I think, and I would like my profile to be presentable to the public...

Instead of sending you a video, can I just send ME to you. Then I could get quicker and more concise evaluations. =)
