Guys, seriously this is a bad bench press technique. Your ass and your shoulder bades must be on the bench during whole lift. Guy in the video is very strong but his coach/spotter should be shot. This lookwd like a decline bench press without a bench. I'm not trolling and I bench press 125 kg naturaly with good form.

You have to be at least 16 without parental consent in my gym but we have junior gym for those younger. Any club/gym/society/whatever has the same sort of rules in most countries because of things like insurance and maturity. It's good to learn from youth
Dude, your form is incorrect. I doubt you'd be able to do 150kg with perfect form on a flat bench. You're not supposed to stick your stomach out, because a) you're more likely to get injured and b) it's a decline press. Decline press means yu can lift up more weight. The fact that you can push 150kg with decline form is still impressive though, but I think your max with proper form would be around 125kg, which is still impressive:- I'm 17 and I can do 105kg max. :)
Only 5kg? Excuse my skepticism. I do flat bench press quite a lot, and my 9 rep max is 82.5kg, whereas on the decline I can do 92.5kg for 9 reps. 5kg is way too small a margin, and if it really was 5kg, I'd hardly dispute a 150kg claim. Granted, I think 125kg is a bit too low, but I hardly think it would be more than 140kg. Next time, don't insult people who may be wrong, especially those who were trying to be nice. It shows arrogance if you do that.

Dude, I thought I made that clear. He's using the form present in a decline bench press, since he's sticking his stomach up with his back arched. I agree that it varies from person to person, due to differing arm lengths etc, but using a decline form, like here, makes the weight easier to push.

@sharmanti Basically weight training is one of the least dangerous activities and has lots of benefits like posture, power, mobility, increases resting metabolism and proprioception meaning it prevents injury and its transferable in many ways.
You have to be at least 16 without parental consent in my gym but we have junior gym for those younger. Any club/gym/society/whatever has the same sort of rules in most countries because of things like insurance and maturity. It's good to learn from youth

Dude, your form is incorrect. I doubt you'd be able to do 150kg with perfect form on a flat bench. You're not supposed to stick your stomach out, because a) you're more likely to get injured and b) it's a decline press. Decline press means yu can lift up more weight. The fact that you can push 150kg with decline form is still impressive though, but I think your max with proper form would be around 125kg, which is still impressive:- I'm 17 and I can do 105kg max. :)

Only 5kg? Excuse my skepticism. I do flat bench press quite a lot, and my 9 rep max is 82.5kg, whereas on the decline I can do 92.5kg for 9 reps. 5kg is way too small a margin, and if it really was 5kg, I'd hardly dispute a 150kg claim. Granted, I think 125kg is a bit too low, but I hardly think it would be more than 140kg. Next time, don't insult people who may be wrong, especially those who were trying to be nice. It shows arrogance if you do that.

@usayeed727 I've never decline benched but notice that he is on a FLAT bench. It probably varies from person to person, but i actually bench more weight with strict form (ass on bench, with slight arch)

Dude, I thought I made that clear. He's using the form present in a decline bench press, since he's sticking his stomach up with his back arched. I agree that it varies from person to person, due to differing arm lengths etc, but using a decline form, like here, makes the weight easier to push.
