The reason why Allison's skimps on the meat is that he saves the tails for the dinner menu. Where as the Clam Shack puts all of the meat in the bun. More bang for your buck?

Where is the clam? I want the clam! The clam shack soft shell lobster is an expensive rare item on some expensive restaurant just like the soft shell crabs, and they do it right in every step of the way. May be some day with wasabi, or with mayo rice seaweed roll? Don't thinks so, Sun just won't fit into Stars.
