@divra93 I suggest stopping when you hit a spike and tapping until that spike is cleared and then start from the beginning again until you hit the next spike. The ideal is to get through the whole story with no spikes at all.
@rodsherwin Ok, thanks! For me, it´s sometimes hard to know when there is a spike and when another spike activated the feeling. But maybe it´s enoguh to tap on everything that I suspect will bring emotions.
@divra93 Definitely. If you suspect that a part of the story will bring up emotions do some tapping about the thought of getting to that part of the story even before you get there. You tapping on it from one level of detachment.
Thank you! Enjoyed watching the video and reinforcing my learning. The last EFT point you showed of tapping your wrists against each other was new to me. Will incorporate it in my sessions.
@cranrain Tapping the inside of the wrists together activates the 3 meridians that run along the inside of the arms: the lung, circulation sex, and heart. These are nice yin meridans to balance out the face and upper body points which are mostly yang meridians.
Hi! Should I just continue tapping and tell the whole thing again and again or should I stop at every single "spike" that comes up?
Thanks!
