In my tests i held my blackberry exactly the way you did, no signal loss, i also gave it some sort of vulcan death grip on every possible side i could reach with both hands. No signal loss.
d1ck head Steve Jobs is whack with his fail move. Stop editing bull ish so people can't be fooled to buy bull ish. Blackberry over all smartphones... period.
Its cheap of you "Apple" to get RIM into this to cover your lemon of a design. I have tried replicating this outside "in real world conditions" in about 30 different places & the max I can get the bold to drop is 2 bars when having the battery door pulled off and clinching it in my right hand. C'mon any moron can attenuate a signal from external disturbance in a lab like yourself. The problem is with bridging two antenna's in close proximity on the exterior of the device - Admit your flaw!
@kprasad1981 I agree. But I don't think Apple will ever admin this, nor change the current design as that would admin guilt so the best we can probably hope for is iPhone 5.
dude are u crazy. I don't use junk like the I phone and neither am I looking forward to the iphone5. They are just for apple fanboys who like consumen content all day by dicken around & then accept the BS that their Master Steve jobs spits out. I have some rational and hence I stay away from apple products

This video is shooped. I have a Bold 9700, I even exaggerated the death grip, still 5 bars in 3G.
